FlikGift launched in 2012 and was commenced to provide easy, everyday gifting. The web app allowed users to send & receive digital gift cards, and by connecting to Facebook the opportunity to send a personalized little something to a friend would not go missed.

With a target audience dominated mostly by women the brand developed with a retroactive look fused with a more contemporary and subtle feminine touch.
In order to provide a custom and personal gifting experience, skeuomorphism became the design language of choice with shelves and actual gift cards being used in the user flow. The user selects whom to celebrate via a calendar overviewing upcoming birthdays amongst Facebook friends.
