When you are satisfied with your survey you can click the button in the top right corner to distribute it. You have the option to distribute the survey via a link or via a mailing list. By selecting “Distribute via link”, a direct link to your survey will be generated.
You then have the option to copy this link to your clipboard and share it however you want. If you select “Distribute via mailing list”, you will be able to import a mailing list from a csv or excel document. If you’ve already uploaded a mailing list in the past you’ll be given the option to select this and use it again. “Distribute via mailing list” allows you to write your own text for an email that will be sent to your list, which will automatically include the link to your survey.

Yes. As long as PwC has control over the survey. You may survey PwC internal employees or Clients of PwC. If you are unsure whether you can offer our Vibe Surveys service to an external client, check with Independence (contact name).
No. Vibe Surveys is a tool created for the exclusive use of PwC employees. Only PwC employees are able to create surveys, although they may use Vibe Surveys to survey external clients.
Yes. Vibe Surveys is suited to both quick polling and in depth surveying. You should select the question type that best suit your needs.
You can invite your PwC colleagues to join you in a survey “team” so you can collaborate on the survey creation process. You may like to include a colleague to check your survey before you distribute it.
Yes, you can add a specific PwC logo with the name of your team or department. If you decide to use an alternative logo you must ensure that it is approved by the relevant PwC department, such as OCG & Brand.
Yes, once a survey is ready for testing you can click the preview icon. This will allow you to view and answer the survey as if you were the respondent.
You can decide whether you want to request respondents to enter their email address at the beginning of the survey. If a respondent enters an email address, then it is possible for you to identify them. It is usual to ask for an email address for in depth surveys in order to ensure that the same respondent does not answer the survey more than once. For short polls, this is usually unnecessary.
Yes, you can upload a distribution list from a csv or excel document.
They will be notified by email that you have invited them to answer a survey. The email will include a link to the survey.
Your survey results are linked to the survey dashboard and are available to you in real time. Beautifully presented colour coded pie graphs, bar graphs, column graphs, scatter plots and stacked bar charts are used on the results page. You also have the option to export your results data to excel.
Yes, you can share your results through a URL which is visible at the top of the screen. You can copy this to your clipboard by clicking the notepad icon and add it to an email, or post it in social media..
